Coverage
The W4CUL repeaters encompass all of R3EMCOMM’s primary coverage area, which includes most of Culpeper, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock counties, as well as the central Piedmont region of Virginia. The W4CUL repeaters are used with permission of the Culpeper Amateur Radio Association (CARA) and are supported by CARA club member membership fees as well as generous donations from individuals and the community.
